Sausage Making Workshop

Service Description

Our workshop will teach participants the basics of sausage making, with hands on experience grinding the meat, selecting and blending seasonings, and stuffing casings. Participants will also prepare and sample 4 different types of sausage. Recipes sourcing of ingredients and equipment will be included.
